Screen idea · Start from the worry, not the service. A caregiver who cannot name a service can simply describe what is happening. Aico is offered as optional help with a plain statement of what it does, and it can be switched off. Its reading of the description is shown back as editable points before anything is suggested, so the person stays in control and nothing is recommended without an explanation. In this prototype Aico is simulated with keyword matching.

Caregiving Support

Tell us what's worrying you

You don't need the right words or the name of a service. A sentence or two is enough.

It can help to mention what has changed, what they can't manage alone, and how you are coping.

Or start from an example:

Please leave out NRIC numbers and other personal details. Assumption for the prototype: descriptions are not stored after you leave.
